GD Energy Products Participates in Bridging Argentina & Texas Mission During PBIOS Week

GD Energy Products (GDEP) recently participated in the Bridging Argentina & Texas Mission, a series of events hosted by the Argentina-Texas Chamber of Commerce (ATCC) in Midland, Texas, during the week of the Permian Basin International Oil Show (PBIOS). The mission brought together senior stakeholders from Argentina and Texas to strengthen cross-border collaboration and advance shared energy opportunities between two of the world’s most active shale plays: Vaca Muerta and the Permian Basin.

A key moment in the week’s programming was GDEP’s participation in the Bridging Argentina & Texas Seminar, where Jose Rubin, Vice President of Sales, served as a featured panelist in the third session, titled “Challenges & Opportunities of Building & Crossing the Bridge.” The event drew an influential audience, including industry executives, government officials, and energy leaders from both regions.

During the session, Rubin shared GDEP’s experience investing in Argentina, including the lessons learned and the strategic path the company took to establish and grow a successful operation. His participation provided attendees with a real-world perspective on what it takes to build strong, sustainable business connections between Argentina and Texas.

In addition to the seminar, GDEP also hosted the Argentine delegation for a private Kick-Off Breakfast and Briefing Session at its Midland facility. The session featured presentations on key aspects of the Permian Basin energy landscape, including production outlook, regulatory framework, and workforce development initiatives.

Participation in the Bridging Argentina & Texas Mission reflects GDEP’s continued commitment to strengthening global energy partnerships and supporting long-term growth—particularly as collaboration between the Permian Basin and Vaca Muerta continues to deepen.
